Upon completion, the next phase is a two week period of all inclusive online training over our products/systems and sales process/marketing plan. Live, supervised selling the last 3 days of Training is also introduced here to assist in the lead generation and closing of new clients.
Ongoing training, webinars, continuing education, and weekly accountability calls with Agency Owners, Account Managers, Service Team, and Executive Management.
